The line of reasoning makes perfect sense but it’s based on past cycles going back over 10 years. Will that still be applicable to future cycles? I honestly do not know but I do feel there are new elements now that might question this proven strategy. Sometimes because you expect something to happen …… it doesn’t ….. happen.
